  • In 2021, an expected 320 billion emails will be sent each day. 72% of consumers will only respond to personalized marketing messages
  • 83% of consumers are willing to share data with brands to receive personalized experiences. Accenture surveyed 8,000 consumers from around the world to uncover key data on how consumers feel about personalization.

My challenge

How do I design a service to meet people's health concerns and gift-giving mentality?

insight 1: buying traditional nutrition products can be a bad experience

  • 7 out of 8 users in the interview mentioned that they had experienced not knowing what to buy and not knowing how to search for the right supplements for their loved ones.
  • In the interview, the user mentioned: “I have to take 3 different supplements each time. I need to open the bottles one by one, which is inconvenient. And the big bottles are not easy to carry.”

insight 2: purchase to show their love

  • All 8 users in the interview mentioned they have the habit to send nutrition to others.
  • 6 out 8 users in the interview believes sending nutrition is a way to care about their loved ones.
